Hello fellow voicers! It is my pleasure to feature Samantha Moore in this segment of Joy’s Talent Spotlight. Samantha, or “Sammi” as we adoringly call her, was one of the first students and technicians I met at TVAS. She was so very kind and instantly made me feel welcome. Sammi began imitating commercials and making up her very own when she was just six or seven years old. She began researching the voice over business in her late twenties and in 2015, through a “meet-up” group, she was introduced to TVAS. Sammi’s first class was the Introduction to Voice Over and she has taken many of the On-Going classes and several of the Specialty classes. She found all of them unique and loves the variety that TVAS offers. Sammi highly recommends Dave Fennoy’s Video Game course. Currently Sammi is specializing in IVR and would like to share an example of a current project: onholdcompany.com. She also excels in commercial and character genres. She plans on taking additional classes in character performance. Sammi looks forward to pursuing her dream job of being the voice we hear in the movie theater. I can just hear her smooth, sassy vocals coming out of the speakers: “please quiet your phones” this is Samantha speaking! Don’t you just love it? Sammi enjoys all things creative and for fun she enjoys pursuing her archery skills. Her passion for voice over shone through during our time together.
