Hello fellow voicers! In this segment we are going to meet the suave and handsome John Pitacciato. John has an extensive background in live theater all around the world. He has performed in New York, Los Angeles, Hawaii and England. In addition to his live performance repertoire, John has appeared in many feature films and episodic television playing both the good guy and the bad guy. He has received several awards for his acting chops including for Best Actor in Plays and Musicals from the Hawaii State Theater Council.
John felt that voice over would be a natural advancement in his career and had been interested in the voice over business for several years. He started taking classes at TVAS just this past February 2017. John enjoys the constructive criticism and instruction that the On Going classes provide. He feels thankful that TVAS offers their students a large array of specialty classes to choose from including the Rates, Quoting and Billing class conducted by Melissa Moats. He is looking forward to taking Dave Fennoy’s class when next offered. John enjoys both commercial and character performance genres. The Springs Preserve here in Las Vegas recently hired John to perform a radio spot for their Haunted Harvest attraction:
Would you like to know a fabulous fact about John?…he has been a registered nurse for 30 years, most of those years as an ICU nurse and recently as a nurse for the VA here in Las Vegas!
